How will I know if my order is confirmed?
As part of the checkout process any order requires entering a valid email address. We send an order confirmation email immediately following verification of valid payment for your order.
What is your return and exchange procedure?
Buy it, like it, hooray! Buy it, and it doesn't work, no problem. If it doesn't fit, isn't the right color, is not the print that you expected, whatever the reason, just send it back. We do have a few requirements, just to be fair - We're happy to take back unworn/unwashed item(s) and. This means the tags still have to be attached, it can't have stains, and we don't cover washing mishaps, like bleach in the laundry. The only thing we ask is that you pay the return shipping, and then we'll cover everything from there. Exchanges are accepted within 10 days of receiving shipment in exchanged for another item or credit value for future purchase. There are NO credit/cash refunds given.
What does it mean if something is on back order?
Backordered items will ship at no additional shipping cost once they are available in stock. As a courtesy, you will be contacted by our customer service department to see if you would like to add any additional items to your order prior to your backorder being shipped.
